How much sleep should children have?Children need to have 9 to 11 hours each night.
Sleep is important for a child because it develops their strength while they're sleeping.It also uses energy to heal the body but a tiny percentage of it.Sleeping also keeps the child from getting grumpy and clumsy the next day
I usually get 11 hours sleep engari, On ratu I only 10 hours sleep.Over this week I get a total of 76 hours sleep.
