Rata and the Waka

We have been doing critical thinking with the story of Rata and his Waka.

About Me

Kia Ora I’m Hazel and i’m a year 6 at Hornby Primary School. I live in Riccarton, Christchurch with my Aunty and 2 Uncles, my dad, my brother, my grandparents and my 5 little cousins. I have 2 brothers and 5 sisters they are all 13,7,4,4,3,1,and 10 months. Their names are Tj,Nirvana,Legionce,Lafotua,Starr,Tealoha and Aiyana. I'm from Tuhoe and I was born in Palmerston North. I really like rugby league. I'm really excited to play this season. I love KFC and my favourite TV show is What Now. My favourite movie is Rio. I love Roger Tuivasa Sheck. My favourite colour is red. In the weekend I play video games on my uncle's computer. I like learning maths because it has fun activities to do and I get better at the things I don’t know. I want to learn my 3,4,6,7,and 8 times tables off by heart. I am a student at Hornby Primary School. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you.
